Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services. PremierHome Oviedo Concrete reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Services
PremierHome Oviedo Concrete provides concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, and commercial concrete work. All services are provided according to the specifications outlined in your service agreement or contract.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.
Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are subject to change until a formal contract is signed. We require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in your contract. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid balances in accordance with Florida law.
Warranties and Guarantees
We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service contract. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow all maintenance recommendations provided at project completion. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period specified in your contract.
Limitation of Liability
PremierHome Oviedo Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Property Access and Site Conditions
You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for identifying any underground utilities, property lines, or other concerns before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked by the appropriate authorities.
You agree to maintain a safe working environment and keep children and pets away from the work area during the project.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes to the scope of work must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges. We will provide a written estimate for any additional work before proceeding.
Cancellation policies and any associated fees will be outlined in your service contract. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Seminole County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
